General Office Forms
A sample of forms used either as part of a client's chart or in connection with the needs of the clinical office.
Check off style forms serve to help lessen the time required to fulfill the paperwork requirements of clinical practice without losing quality. They also serve to help bridge the gap between traditional paper records in a time where more and more records are becoming paperless. These forms help establish potential "pull down" or "drop" feature choices that may be found in the paperless forms. They may assist in the development of future paperless forms and allow for more easily transferable data methods once charts start being transcribed into the paperless environment.
